Watch What You Eat

Supposedly, nurses are very careful about their diet. They tend to eat foods regularly that have been suggested will improve their immune system. There are lots of different foods that do this such as red bell peppers, broccoli almonds, and garlic. You’ll find these types of food in the diet plan of a lot of nurses.


Always Wash Your Hands

The average nurse washes their hands around ten times a day. They wash them each time they leave a ward to see another patient. This is why there are now hygiene stands all over hospitals. But it’s not just in a hospital where you need to keep good levels of personal hygiene. You should be doing it everywhere and making sure there’s no chance you’re spreading germs.

Careful What You Touch

Finally, when you’re out and about in the world be careful what you put your hands on. You don’t know how many people have touched the same things as you. So you shouldn’t put your hand on the bus stop seat or touch a bathroom stall door. This is one of the easiest ways to get sick.
